This guarantee does not cover consumable parts such as light bulbs or other instrument cluster problems that could arise during the normal use of the instrument cluster by the customer after repair by Dr.Speedometer such as but not limited to transistor failure, IC chip failure, electronic display failure, etc. This guarantee is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable, it covers only the repairs performed and parts replaced by Dr.Speedometer.
