Silverado Transmission Temperature Upgrade

The 03-06 Chevy Silverado is no light-duty pick-up truck, and we’d bet you’re not hauling cotton candy in yours.  At least, not just cotton candy.

Heavier loads can put a strain on your transmission, one that it is designed to take – to a point.  Past that point, you’re looking at transmission failure that can leave you stranded and can easily cost as much as $2,000 to repair.

One of the best ways to know you’re not over-taxing this indispensable part of your hard-working vehicle is to monitor the transmission temperature.  Unfortunately, the basic packages on SIlverado trucks don’t include a transmission temperature gauge.  Fortunately, we can add one to your instrument panel for a pretty nominal fee – just $79 (when ordered along with a Full Rebuild.  The trans temp upgrade by itself is $129).  That’s a lot less than $2,000.

Not sure if you already have what you need? Go out to your truck now and count the gauges on your instrument panel. If you count six instead of seven, the one that’s missing is the transmission temperature gauge.  And it really is just missing.  All of the sensors and wiring your panel needs to show you the transmission temperature are already there, which makes re-installing your upgraded panel simple and straightforward.

To get started, head on over to our order page. For less than the cost of a new tire, you can have the peace of mind of knowing your transmission is functioning as it should, plus the added bonus (and potential resale value) of having an instrument panel that you usually only see in a higher-end truck. Impress your friends!

Once you place your order, I’ll give you detailed instructions to help you remove (and reinstall) your panel successfully and guarantee the gauge for life. I’ll even pay for shipping – both ways.

You’re not committing to anything by clicking on this button. Ordering is a 3-step process, which I’ll guide you through on the next page.

“Fred,

Received my instrument cluster back from you a couple of weeks ago. Just wanted to tell you that I’m impressed. There really is someone out there that does what he says he’s going to do and doesn’t have some outrageous pricing scheme.  Everything is working perfectly.  Thanks for your excellent service.”

“Hi Fred,

Just wanted to let you know that I got my cluster back today and installed. Wow! I can’t believe your turnaround time. You weren’t kidding! Less than a week since I sent it, and I’m on the other side of the country! It works great and it looks great. Thanks so much for your kind friendly service and the quality of work you perform. Thanks again for saving me hundreds of dollars. Now I owe you. LOL. I will definitely refer anyone I know with a similar problem that I had to you. It makes me so happy to still see good honest hard working businesses like the one you run.”
